ABOUT THE ARTIST

Burhan Nagarwala is a young and emerging artist residing in Mumbai. Having completed Masters in fine arts. from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, India. Most of his paintings are realistic.

 

Burhan chooses Oil & Charcoal as his favorite medium to work with Painting horses has interested him from childhood and he does so immaculately. He portrays Life's joys and pains through horses. Burhan also does landscapes and portraits abstract depending on his mood whichever thing attracts him, or what is going on in the surroundings, Burhan doesn't like to stick to one style he believes an artist should experiment with everything in the art world.

 

The horse is the symbol of beauty, freedom and strength. Flaming enthusiasm, backed up by horse sense and persistence, is the quality that most frequently makes for success, quotes the artist.
