ABOUT THE ARTIST

My thread on canvas works are natural, simple, and profound. I strive to make them appear completely free of artifice, mere products of the mind, stripped of their essence and put on display. I use cotton threads and needles to create a work of art, it is a manual process and no machines are used to create the masterpieces. My artwork has two sides, one is realistic and the other is an abstract form.

I never impose an image on the surface, but facilitate its evolution, embracing both the traditional and the contemporary and in doing so creating a space where viewers can experience authentic, elemental, and meaningful simplicity.
