BORN EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS HONORS AND AWARD COLLECTION ABOUT THE ARTIST He was born and brought up in Midnapore and currently lives in Bally, Howrah. He graduated from Rabindra Bharati University. His works are mainly figurative and deal with one or more figures. The human figure is an accumulation of beauty of which he only wants to express a part of it, in his female figure he usually uses high contrast lights and shadows in his figures only to maintain a compact volume. There is an interesting use of texturing and shadows in the painting. The Palette tends towards red, blue, green, and yellow tinged with more intense colors while each stroke contributes to a complex pictorial organization.
