ABOUT THE ARTIST

My works talk about the relationship between man and nature and rather the connections between them. Throughout my life, however, what has remained as inspiration for my works are my annual visits to my hometown, an experience that permeates me with those symbols of rural India that are manifested in such significant aspects throughout my artwork, namely the ornaments, tattoos, rituals, and traditions, and even absorbing my strong emotional connection with animals during my childhood, whether they are as common as dogs, sparrows, cats. , parrots that were raised in my house are reflected in my works. I had a deep passion for culture, spirituality, and the ancient tribal people of India and began researching their lifestyle, spiritual content, and love for plants and animals.
