Reader, Department of Sculpture, Kala-Bhavan, Visva-Bharati, 1986-1999. Visiting Research Fellow, Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Visual Arts, Banaras Hindu University, 1990. Invited to Yugoslavia and London to give illustrated talks on sculpture projects. Awarded the Abanindra Puroskar by the Government of West Bengal in 2005.
